Ways to open appetite naturally

1. Open the appetite with a drink:

Ingredients used:

Two big spoons of natural maple syrup.

Half a liter of lemon juice.

Half a liter of water.

Half a teaspoon of white vinegar.

How to prepare:

  • Pour water into a bowl, add maple syrup to it, and heat it.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool down.
  • Once the temperature has cooled down add fresh lemon juice and vinegar.
  • Mix the ingredients well and put them in an airtight container.
  • Take two big spoons of this drink twice a day.


2. Indian dates are one of the best ways to open appetite:

Ingredients used:

Ten grams of dates Hindi.

A glass of water.

Salt as you prefer.

Black pepper as you prefer.

How to prepare:

  • Soak the dates in the water for several hours.
  • Strain the water, and add bile and pepper to it.
  • Eat this mixture daily for several days, and you will start to feel hungry again.

3. Pomegranate juice:

pomegranate juice.

Honey (optional).

Ingredients used:

  • Add honey as you like to pomegranate juice and mix well.
  • Eat this juice, whether in room temperature or cold.
  • It is better to eat fresh pomegranate juice.
  • Drink a cup of pomegranate juice daily.
