1. Open the appetite with a drink:
Ingredients used:
Two big spoons of natural maple syrup.
Half a liter of lemon juice.
Half a liter of water.
Half a teaspoon of white vinegar.
How to prepare:
- Pour water into a bowl, add maple syrup to it, and heat it.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool down.
- Once the temperature has cooled down add fresh lemon juice and vinegar.

Black pepper as you prefer.
How to prepare:
- Soak the dates in the water for several hours.
